We do hope that many of you will be able to attend this Mid-Autumn event at The Clubhouse of The Bruntsfield Links Golfing Society.  The Sandy Watson Room is an excellent venue for an autumn lunch: spectacular views of the golf course and over to Fife, on a clear day, as well as its provision of a fabulously comfortable environment for a relaxing lunch.

Time: 12.45 p.m.: reception and cash bar / 1.15 p.m.: lunch

The Club has arranged a delicious menu, followed by tea and coffee. Starters, and puddings/cheese will be served at your table; you will be invited to select your main course from The Carvery; if you would like to indulge in a glass (or two, or bottle!) of wine, The Club’s excellent wine-list is available……just order from the attending staff.

I am delighted to announce that Lindsay Jones will be buzzing up to Edinburgh, on another of her whirlwind visits, to attend this Mid-Autumn Festival celebration. Lindsay is always very happy to have the opportunity to meet representatives of The Scottish Membership, and I know that members enjoy the chance to hear from her the news of Society happenings and plans for the future.

Guests are, as always, most welcome so do suggest to any of your Hong Kong friends (who are not yet members of The Hong Kong Society) that they might like to attend this get-together.
