Caroline specialises in advising financial institutions and other market participants on financial market regulation, mergers and acquisitions in the financial sector and securities and derivatives transactions. She is a member of the Bank of England's Risk Free Rate Working Group as well as TheCityUK's Switzerland MAG. She was seconded to the EMEA equities team at Goldman Sachs in 2009 and to the Bank of England in 2014.

Charlie Morris, Founder and Chief Investment Officer, ByteTree Asset Mgt

Charlie is the founder and chairman of ByteTree.com; an ambitious blockchain 2.0 software project to provide real-time economic statistics and data from blockchains. Charlie also writes the Fleet Street Letter. He was formerly Head of Absolute Return at HSBC for 17 years.

Hirander Misra is Chairman & CEO of GMEX Group, and features in LATTICE80’s Top 100 influencer list for the UN Sustainable Developments Goal agenda for pioneering blockchain technology solutions. He is featured in the Financial Technologist 2019 list of the 50 most game changing founders of Fintech companies for GMEX Group.

He is a partner of Digital Partners Network (DPN), Chairman of SECDEX, the Seychelles based Securities, Commodities and Derivatives Exchange, Chairman of MINDEX – The Mauritius based International Derivatives and Commodities Exchange underpinned by blockchain technology and Founder & Co-Chairman of FinComEco.

Formerly, he was the COO and Co-Founder of Chi-X Europe Limited.

Jennifer has almost 20 years of experience in international financial markets covering institutional investors in the US, UK and Europe.  She has worked in both New York and London for investment banks ING Bank, Dresdner Bank and Wood & Company. She has helped numerous companies during the IPO listing and placement process in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Jennifer has spent the last several years at Razlin working with smaller and start-up businesses assisting them with their growth needs.
